After you build a dataset using some automated process, you often want to review this dataset to see whether there are issues with it. While you can just scroll through all the rows of your dataset using Excel, this process makes it difficult to focus on each row individually. If you would like to focus on one row at the time, you can use my dataset-review tool. It runs completely in the browser.
Prerequisites
- a dataset in the CSV file format
- a web browser
How to use
- Go to the dataset-review website
- Click on "Choose file". You can now select your CSV dataset. Rest assured, the dataset is only processed locally, so you can also use the program with privacy-sensitive data.
- The program will show you the first record of your dataset:
You can navigate to the next record/previous in your dataset using the arrow keys or using the scroll wheel.
